My students love to do word sorts. It's a great way to practice spelling patterns and the students can do it independently.

This template is perfect for Daily 5 word work stations. It can be used during school, for homework practice, centers and more! It can be used to have the students fill in and write it for practice, or if you want it more hands-on have them cut and sort the words into their notebooks! If you do it this way you can have a blank copy for pasting and the original sort with words for cutting. There is a digital copy for each sort option and this set NOW includes versions with less word cards for scaffolding and lower elementary.
